In continuation of its efforts to provide high-quality specialized care to patients, Thumbay Hospital Day Care – Rolla, Sharjah launched a ‘Mother and Child Care Center’ at the hospital on 4th August 2018. The center was officially launched by the chief guest Mr. Akbar Moideen Thumbay, Vice President of the Healthcare Division of Thumbay Group in the presence of members of the administrative team of the hospital.
The ‘Mother and Child Care Center’ ensures the best possible care for every mother and baby before, during and after the birth of the newborn. The center is manned by a team of eminent doctors and healthcare professionals including well-experienced Gynaecologists and Pediatrician, as well as a female Radiologist.
Mr. Akbar Moideen Thumbay also presented the ‘clinical excellence awards’ at the function, in recognition of outstanding clinical contributions. Dr. Ashish Sam Enos, Dr. Sangita Kulkarni, Dr. Sunil Kumar and the OT team received the awards. Certificates of appreciation were presented to all the doctors of the hospital as well as the internal and external teams, for their roles in supporting the hospital’s growth and success.
